Returns, refunds and guarantees

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have passed since we received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as care or cleaning products, food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for personal or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

GIFTS

If the returned item was identified as a gift upon purchase and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal in value to your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.

GUARANTEE


All our items are guaranteed for 24 months from receipt of your package.

In the event of an unfavorable review, we will resend your product to you. In the event of a favorable opinion, we will repair your product if possible or replace it and send it back to you once done.

Once the warranty period has passed, it will no longer be possible to return your product to us.
